This bar has a very pleasant atmosphere, they have all vintage stuff related to music everywhere, books and different chairs. The prices are a little higher then normal but in return they serve artisanal Italian beer, good wine and a couple of cocktails like Spritz.

Every last sunday of the month there is an antique market at Navigli. You won't find a lot of junk here, the sellers really sell antiquities and vintage stuff.

Drinking a cocktail here is never boring. The cocktails are experiments to give you a whole experience. They are served in unexpected and creative ways. For example; a cocktail where you first have to eat some sprouts, then let a capsule melt in your mouth with a very intense sensation, and then drink the cocktail. Good luck with the menu, in English it is extensive.. in Italian it is even twice as thick. Normal cocktail are also served in the way they were meant to be. Come early because it's always full.

You can find Eataly in the basement of Coin (warehouse). They have stores in other cities as well.

It's a bit an alternative place with a relaxed atmosphere and different people. Ages range from 20-35 and the fun starts around 1:00 a.m. Cocktails are large but a bit pricey: 8-10 euros (which is normal for Milan though).
The location is somewhat outside the centre but you can reach t easily with bus 90/91 (the circolare), which runs all night long.

This place was taken over and has a new owner now who is very friendly. Go here for a nice aperitivo. The place has a modern styling and is quite big.
Via Edmondo De Amicis 12
This is really a 'restaurant' in an antique tram that rides through Milan for 2 hours while you're eating. You can reserve a table 75 days in advance and the price is 65 euros per person regardless of the chosen menu.
More information on the website.
For a quite extended and good aperitivo you can go here. The wine is not so good but cocktails are just fine. For a fixed price of 9 euros you'll find tasty food; they even have things like seafood salad. Also the happy hour is until quite late, when the other bars already cleaned up.
Via San Vito 5A
This jazz bar is pretty known in Milan. Some very big names have performed here and still do. The setting is a stage with tables and chairs on 3 different levels so you almost always have a nice view. In the meantime you probably share a table with others and it feels very sociably. Also the snobs come here but just don't mind them and enjoy the music and have a good glass of wine or liqueur.
